This Privacy Policy explains how New Road Data Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit true-abs.com (the "Site") or join our waitlist.

We do not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-first: it does not use client-side cookies or collect personal data, and does not track individual users across sites.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain waitlist email addresses until you ask us to delete them or until the waitlist purpose is no longer relevant (e.g., you decline or accept beta access and are migrated to a customer record). Aggregate analytics data contains no personal identifiers and is retained per Cloudflare's standard analytics retention.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your email address at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you are located in the EU/UK or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA respectively (including the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority); we will honor applicable requests to the extent required by law.
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare's own privacy practices govern data processed at the infrastructure level — see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We do not currently use any other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the limited data we collect. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is intended for business/professional use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves (for example, when we add paid accounts, API authentication, or new analytics tools). Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
